Abstract

The learning process is more effective if it is supported by health conditions and creativity. The National Student Sports Olympiad (O2SN) is a vehicle for students to implement learning activities through physical health and creativity. The research objective is to obtain an overview of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study (1) planning, namely preparing the Statutes and By-Laws (AD and ART) (2) organizing involves structural officials (3) implementation of the field of guidance, the field of organization, the field of funds (4) control / assessment of students able to build character values Supervision by holding a national coordination meeting
